Fancy Stockings

There is nothing sexier than a woman in tights.

The classic sheer black hose is in (has it ever been out?), and its has been updated to include new textures, patterns, colours:

I bought myself this pair of gorgeous criss cross ribbon stockings for my birthday:

Unfortunately, they ripped after I took a tumble down an icy set of stairs. Fortunately, the ribbon pattern kept them from running all the way down the leg, and I can still wear them with a longer skirt.

This is the other pair I was considering buying for myself:

This is a really neat ribbon pattern:

You don't have to stick with black, you can play with different colours of the sheer and solid patterned style.

And of course, vertical stripes will make you legs look like they are a million miles long:

If you are the right shade of tan, you can wear nude colored, patterned hose:

With my (proudly) pale legs, I could never pull off tan stockings, but if you can, they can look really sexy.

The Monokini

This cold, dreary winter has gone on too long. I am already fantasizing about summer. Lying sunbathing on the beach. What am I wearing? This black corset style front monokini from Radio Fiji:

It is a totally flattering, super sexy cut, that shows just the right amount of skin.

Cute details like ruffles and chains add shape and interest, but even by itself, it looks amazing:

Different patterns, shapes, colors, etc, make this THE bathing suit to have to turn heads and drop jaws.

So cute!

Studded Heels

Lady Gaga started the trend of insane foot wear, wearing these 10' studded Alexander McQueen booties. So crazy that even some of his models refused to wear them on the runway, fearing for their ankles. Practicality aside, they look awesome. In particular, I really like the studded heel look, where only the back of the shoe and heel are covered in studs, jewels, spikes, etc. Here are a couple (more wearable) versions:

These are my favourite by Sam Edelman, they come in variety of colours and fabrics. I can't decide which one I love the most:

For an haute couture Goth inspired look, these Ruth Davies 5' Swarovsky studded platforms are a work of art (or a deadly weapon):

But all-over studding is also really stylish. These Louboutins are perfect for an evening out:
